I have had experience with other real-estate agents, NONE could even be compared to Ginger Orsi. She knew exactly what I want on this sale.She was also in constant communication with The buyers Agent, the communications was impressive,almost like she was working 24/7. She was the strongest link in the whole process, and I dont think I could have pulled it off without Ginger Orsi's advice and intuition in todays market. I was so appreciative for all she did, helping me to get the house ready for sale and her honesty and integrity was one that stood out above all others in the area (which is something that is difficult to find in the real estate business). I will ONLY use Ginger Orsi for any Real-Estate sale and purchase in the future and I recommend her to anyone that wants the best in the business.

Ginger organized a very comprehensive property search based on my goals. One the property was identified, she was helpful during the negotiation. She organized a very thorough and comprehensive inspection process which revealed and documented items which led to a very fair credit to the buyer. On every level a great job.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Ginger in all categories. From the jump, she was not only an incredible negotiator, but a first rate advisor and educator. As a first time home buyer she made each part of the process easy, steering me away from traps and give me step-by-step guides on everything from the closing to hiring repair services. The amount of times I've turned to my partner and said "I don't know how we could do this without Ginger" is staggering. If you are buying a house and don't use Ginger, I'm sorry to say but you aren't doing it right.
