Ginger Orsi’s journey unfolds through diverse experiences, ultimately specializing in selling homes in Los Angeles. In her early years, Ginger shone as a former child actor, sharing the screen with Brad Pitt and gracing the stage of the Arsenio Hall Show. Her journey is further enriched by a decade of experience in the art department and set design for popular TV shows like “The Bachelor” and “Renovate My Family.”
Born into a family deeply rooted in real estate, with her mom as a seasoned broker and her dad as an experienced developer, Ginger’s understanding of the industry was profoundly influenced. A significant personal milestone occurred in 2004 when she purchased her first home, pioneering what is now known as “house hacking.” Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State University Northridge, a Certificate in Finance from UCLA, and real estate sales licenses in both Arizona and California, Ginger brings a comprehensive educational background to her real estate expertise.
In 2010, Ginger entered the real estate arena as an assistant for Nu Urban Residential, a Los Angeles-based investment company. Ascending to the role of investment manager, she oversaw the renovation and development of over 50 homes and 175 apartment units. In 2016, Ginger transitioned to become a Realtor, swiftly becoming a top-producing agent, offering a trained real estate investment-grade service to everyday homeowners.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ginger is a Silver member of the LAGLCC Chamber of Commerce, actively contributing to the community through volunteering and donations to youth and environmental organizations. She has been a guest speaker at USC, Cal State Northridge, and Cal State Long Beach.
In her free time, Ginger enjoys hiking scenic trails in Los Angeles, supporting the arts, and spending quality time with her partner and their chihuahua. Her diverse range of hobbies includes yoga, cycling, martial arts, gardening, classic cars, and exploring different parts of the world. Since joining the Lauren Reichenberg team in 2020, Ginger has continued to bring her unique blend of experiences and skills to the LA real estate landscape.
